I have received my order thank you, it was very well packaged and delivered really quickly, I am really pleased (as much as you can be)! with my purchase.  I lost my partner who was only 26, this was a very difficult time and difficult order to make so I would like to thank you for the way that you dealt with me.  I did have some trouble ordering via your website but my query was passed on and dealt with efficiently, I was contacted promptly and kept upto date as my order was processed.  Your telephone manner was friendly yet professional you were extremely helpful and compassionate.  My little girl helped choose the urn, we loved the unusual stars detail and thought it very appropriate.  The urn is well made and finished and I haven't seen another one like it.  I would just like to take the time to thank you very much and to give you feedback on your excellent service.  You have very valuable staff and a rare quality of customer service.  It was nice to receive such a high standard of service from everyone I spoke to, and for your staff to take the time to resolve any problems without it being too much of an effort.  I would definately recommend your company should anyone I know find themselves in this very sad situation.  I cannot fault your service.
